The Simply Sweet Doll Pattern is a easy and quick sewing project.  It features banded top, hemmed top and dress versions. 

Sizes:

This PDF sewing pattern is for 18" dolls.  It does have cut lines for thinner dolls as well.

Fabric Recommendation:

This pattern is designed to be made using all all knit fabrics for the neckband, armbands, waistband and bodices. The skirt for the dress can be made using cotton woven if desired.
